Statement
Biodiversity lost is a major problem worldwide. Nowadays, we are facing the 6th massive species extinction and biodiversity conservation is mandatory worldwide. However, environmental managers had limitations to detect ley species in aquatic ecosystems specially when those are in low densities (for example endangered species and early stages of invasive species) or when they are difficult to sample (like pathogens or elusive species). We offer a high sensitive non invasive method to detect them throw the use of environmental DNA thechnologies.
Reflections
Although I'm very tired today, I would like to write this kind of IdeaSpark's diary with my reflexions. The program was very interesting. I can reach all my previous goals: learning, networking (regional and internationally) and improving my new line of business.
It was a challenging workshop since the very beginning. Some of the exercises and questions were difficult to explain even in our language. Thanks to those key questions the teachers guide our answers to the right point day by day and finally we got a much better message to transmit.
